The Commercial Core project is part of a broader plan to reshape the harbor into a more walkable, connected destination. Future plans include a food hall called “The Boathouse,” expanded retail and rooftop dining, along with a waterfront boardwalk that will eventually connect Doheny State Beach to Baby Beach.
