Recognizing the historical building as a valuable piece of the community’s tangible past, the re-design aimed to uncover the aesthetic and cultural history of the building and preserve elements of the original architecture to be witnessed by future generations. The space now fulfills a new purpose as a 16,000-square-foot collaborative workspace that will serve Orange County’s thinkers, makers and innovators.
