Enderle Center Drive has posed ongoing challenges including high-speed through traffic from 17th Street to Vandenberg Lane resulting in numerous collisions and a safety risk to the community.
In the plan, Enderle Center Drive will continue to serve as a signalized access into the new project while eliminating the thoroughfare to Vandenberg Lane, greatly reducing safety risks.
The new traffic plan will also provide enhanced safety and separation between the residential homes and the retail center. This will provide for more streamlined ingress/egress to the retail center as well as more privacy for home owners.
