Mariners Medical Arts

In 2021, Burnham-Ward Properites acquired the Mariners Medical Arts building at 1901 Westcliff Drive.

The roughly 20,000-square-foot property, built in 1963, was designed by famed master architect Richard Neutra. The Orange County chapter of the American Institute of Architects has cited the property as one of the county’s most significant buildings.

Burnham-Ward Properties completed a year-long effort to restore the mid-century building, relying on historic photographs and preserved construction drawings to restore many of the original architectural elements, including three water features within the core of the property.

Today, Mariners Medical Arts embodies its original mid-century modern design intent, integrating dynamic interior and exterior architectural features.
