Dana Point Harbor Partners joined Bomel Construction in celebrating the achievement of the Topping Out milestone – marking completion of the highest point of the new Dana Point Harbor parking structure. Friday, October 23, the site team took a moment to acknowledge the hard work, dedication and skill that has brought the project this far.
