Long Beach Exchange (LBX)

The Long Beach Exchange shopping center is a 270,000 sq. ft experiential retail center at Lakewood Blvd and Carson, Long Beach. The center is anchored by Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx, Ulta Cosmetics, Petsmart and Old Navy. The project includes numerous restaurants and food offerings, most of which are local chef-driven concepts. In addition, the project features a 17,000 sq. ft. artisanal food hall dubbed “The Hangar” set on a park green which includes over 15 local small chef-driven restaurants and retail boutiques reminiscent of the Ferry Building in San Francisco, the Oxbow in Napa, and local venues such as the OC Mix in Costa Mesa and the Anaheim Packing House.
