Bryon Ward is a seasoned industry veteran bringing a unique breadth of experience in commercial real estate. Since partnering in 2004 and creating Burnham Ward Properties, LLC, his role has focused on strategic portfolio oversight, property acquisitions, entitlements, project design and development. In addition, Ward had led the development of many of the teams most unique experiential and award-winning retail projects including SOCO and the OC Mix, the Hangar at LBX and the revitalization of Dana Point Harbor.

Before forming Burnham Ward Properties, LLC, he was Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis Company, one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate brokerages. During his 22 years with the company, he was consistently among the firm’s top brokers both throughout Orange County and nationally.

Outside of work, he has been active in numerous civic and charitable organizations, as well as real estate groups including ICSC, NAIOP, CCIM, and SIOR.

He graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Business Economics.
