There’s a good chance you’re heading down to Costa Mesa to shop. The central Orange County city is equidistant between San Diego and LA, making it an accessible mark for day-tripping. There is, of course, the massive South Coast Plaza, which holds more than 250 retailers and familiar restaurant chains like Din Tai Fung. But there’s also fantastic indie and boutique shopping and dining at places like The CAMP, The OC Mix @ SOCO and The LAB, which dubs itself the “antimall.”
