New tenants that have joined – or are soon to join – the roster at SOCO and The OC Mix include Restaurant Marin/The Guild Club, DRIFTER, Lightopia, and Room & Board.

“We remain committed to curating Southern California’s most compelling blend of tenants at SOCO and The OC Mix,,” said Scott Burnham, Partner in Burnham-Ward Properties, which owns the center, and chairman and CEO of Burnham USA, which manages the property. “As a result, visitors will find restaurants, showrooms, shops and experiences at SOCO and The OC Mix that they won’t find anywhere else. These latest additions to our center embody the unique spirit and energy of our lifestyle destination.”

SOCO and The OC Mix are excited to welcome these new tenants:

The Guild Club, a dinner-only, reservation-required den tucked behind Restaurant Marin will offer a selection of expertly-selected beer and wines, which will complement Chef Blom’s classic menu, and is set to open in early May. www.restaurantmarin.com; www.theguildclub.com/
