Restaurateurs Marin & Noah von Blöm grow their hospitality group to three concepts by Winter 2015

Costa Mesa, October 2015 – Husband-and-wife team, Marín Howarth von Blöm and Chef Noah von Blöm, will expand their DirtySexyHappiness Hospitality Group as they introduce two new concepts this year. The two new restaurants, Restaurant Marin and The Guild, are set to open in Winter 2015 at Costa Mesa’s South Coast Collection, adjacent to the restaurateurs’ acclaimed American Roast House, ARC.

Following is an overview of the three distinct DirtySexyHappiness concepts:

Restaurant Marin | Modern Day Diner | Fast-Fine Dining | www.restaurantmarin.com
Located at South Coast Collection, Costa Mesa | Coming Winter 2015
Named after Managing Partner Marin Howarth von Blöm, this fresh, Southern California concept serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert from 7 a.m. to midnight daily. Chef Noah Blöm brings a modern day diner to life, complete with classic desserts, pies, and crumbles. Fresh, quick, fun and convenient for the guest. Cocktails are made fresh and bottled daily, with a rotating menu of homemade sodas and fresh craft juice blends that change with the seasons. Tailored wine and beer selections complement the fresh menu at Marin. Décor in this fresh modern-deco space features gilded-era ideals with nickel, indigo, turquoise, and white with black accents. Guests can enjoy fine dining quality in this 1,000-square-foot, fast-casual setting with marble tables and dark blue leather booths.

The Guild | Winston Churchill’s Den | Fine Dining | www.theguildclub.com
Located at South Coast Collection, Costa Mesa | Coming Winter 2015
This restaurant is described by Chef/Partner Noah Blöm as the original Gentleman’s Club or Winston Churchill’s Den. At The Guild, simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. Cocktails focus on standard classics that are recognizable, and made from scratch using superior spirits and technique. Stylistically traditional European beers and a crafted wine list complement Chef Noah’s classic menu. The 1,000-square-foot restaurant, which shares walls with sister concepts ARC and Marin, presents a more exclusive, reservation-only dinner experience, complete with classic butler service until 2 a.m. daily. The space features an exaggerated, almost theatrical glimpse into late 19th century fine dining with card tables and wingback chairs.

ARC
| American Roast House | Upscale Casual Dining | www.arcrestaurant.com
Located at South Coast Collection, Costa Mesa | Now Open: 11AM – 11PM Daily
This American Roast House, the first of its kind, is focused on hearty, rustic, oven-to-table food made with locally sourced, fresh ingredients and artisan-crafted products. In Chef Noah Blöm’s open kitchen, everything is cooked over live fire, either on the grill (fueled with orange wood), or in the brick hearth (fueled by almond). The first restaurant opened by DirtySexyHappiness Hospitality Group, ARC offers lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and unparalleled craft cocktail offerings. The 2,000-square-foot space features bar, booth, and patio seating in a setting reminiscent of an American apothecary in the golden age. The visual focus follows the theme of weathered wood, open flame, broken brick and the welcoming beauty of “at-home comfort laced with a chemist’s clean.”
